MAKE: HERBED CREME FRAICHE + CRUDITES

The kitchen in our Denver apothecary/office is always stocked with fresh vegetables for juicing and we're also devotees of a colorful crudité platter for healthy snacking during meetings and events. These beauties are delicious on their own and extra tasty with our favorite (+ easy) herbed crème fraîche dip.

Recipe as follows: 

+ 1 cup crème fraîche

+ 3 tbs finely chopped flat-leaf parsley

+ 3 tbs snipped chives

+ 2 tbs finely chopped tarragon

+ 1 1/2 tbs fresh lemon juice

+ dash of sea salt
