MY ORDER WAS RECEIVED DAMAGE
If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at email@example.com We will replace any damaged items provided they are reported with photos, within 48 hours of order delivery.
Damaged shipments will require evidence in order to file a claim with the carrier so please take photos of the damage upon receiving.
THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS NOT TO MY LIKING
If the product you received does not suit you for any reason, you may send the product back to us to receive store credit. Just follow our How-To guide below.
HOW-TO RETURN GUIDE
To make an exchange for store credit, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with 15 days of purchase. A Concierge will issue an RA# to include on your return along with a shipping label that you may print and attached to your package.
Once received, we will then issue a digital Gift Card for the cost of the item paid minus a $10 return fee for the cost of shipping which will be deducted from your exchange credit.
Should you elect to arrange and pay for return shipping through a carrier of your choice, we will not deduct the $10 return fee from your credit.
WITH YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT: Please include your original packing slip or print out of your emailed order confirmation with your assigned RA# written on the outside of your package.
Exchanges will not be accepted after 20 days from receipt of goods.
International returns will be subject to a deduction from the exchange credit for any import and brokerage taxes charged to us for the product's return back into the US.
