Our wish is for you to be nothing short of thrilled with your purchase and overall experience. Should you encounter an issue with your order delivery or product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your products and we’ll be happy to arrange an appropriate resolution for you.

Few notes to keep in mind:

  • including your order # with your communication will help us to respond and resolve your issue most promptly.

  • images of damaged deliveries will be needed to help address with our carriers and/or shipping team.

  • please be sure to specify correct and current address for reships.

  • damaged items will be reshipped by us at no additional charge.

  • customer is responsible for the shipping cost of product returns.*

  • store credit for returns is issued via coupon code for this website.

    *you may create your own shipment (we will need tracking info in order to process your credit) or request a label from us, the cost of which will be deducted from your exchange credit.
