Rosemary leaf - Inhaling the aroma can fight respiratory infections because of its antiseptic properties. It also has an antispasmodic effect, which helps in the treatment of bronchial asthma. For skin, rosemary strengthens capillaries, improves circulation, and reduces puffiness and increases skin tautness.
Rosehip – anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant, full of nutrients especially vitamin C which aids in tissue repair.
Cornflower – bolsters immune system, anti-inflammatory, soothing and conditioning.
Juniper berry – immune-boosting, astringent, rich in anti-oxidants, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, promotes healthy sweating and is often found effective in the treatment of acne.
+RED CLAY MASK is a deeply drawing, balancing and mineralizing blend ideal for eliminating blackheads and for acne-prone skin types. Excellent for balancing oily and dehydrated skin.
Moroccan red clay’s high silica and magnesium content is beneficial for increasing skin elasticity, draws impurities without stripping beneficial oils, evens out blotchy skin tone and reduces acne.
Multani Mitti (Fuller’s Earth) Clay - this clay’s exceptional drawing capacity makes it ideal for eliminating pore-clogging grime and excess oil which leads to acne. It’s used to treat sunburns, lighten skin and reduce the appearance of dark circles around eyes.
Ylang Ylang is also shown to be effective against acne as well as inflammation. This deliciously sweet floral essential oil is also calming to the nervous system. It stimulates the growth of new cells, conditions skin, releasing tight muscles and smoothing wrinkles.

The magic of an Autumn steam + mask session:
Warm, moist botanically-infused vapor from the herbal steam helps to thin out mucus so it can drain more easily. The steam also helps soothe inflamed and irritated nasal passageways which allows for easier breathing.
While you are receiving all the respiratory benefits of the steam, it is also working to decongest skin, encouraging pores to relax and open as the warmth of the vapor penetrates deeply and melts hardened sebum which holds all of the dead skin cells, pollution, dirt and other debris that needs to be purged at a deeper level than a more surface daily cleansing can do. Sweating is induced which aids in pushing out toxins from within.
